1. Eligibility
To participate in Cash Phantom prize draws you must be: (a) a resident of Australia; (b) at least 18 years of age at the time of entry; (c) not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Cash Phantom or its associated entities. By subscribing or purchasing entry packs you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. How Draws Work
Prize draws are conducted on the last calendar day of each month at 11:59 PM AWST. Winners are selected using a cryptographically verified random number generator applied to the pool of active entry numbers for that draw period. Each entry has an equal and independent chance of selection. Results are published on cashphantom.com.au/winners within 24 hours.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date. Entry allocation (1, 5, or 15 entries) resets at the start of each new billing cycle. Entries do not roll over. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cash Phantom does not offer prorated refunds for partial months. All prices are in AUD and are inclusive of applicable GST.
4. Prizes
Prize values and descriptions are published at least 14 days prior to each draw. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated. Winners must respond to prize notification within 7 calendar days or forfeit the prize. Cash prizes are transferred by direct bank transfer to Australian bank accounts only. Physical prizes are shipped to Australian delivery addresses only.
5. Privacy Policy
Cash Phantom collects personal information (name, email, payment details) solely for the purpose of administering your subscription, processing payments, conducting draws, and notifying winners. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law or necessary to deliver prizes (e.g., courier services). Payment details are processed by our third-party payment provider and are never stored on Cash Phantom servers. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@cashphantom.com.au.
6. Responsible Play
Cash Phantom is an entertainment service. While we make every effort to offer genuine value through our prize draws, participation should be for enjoyment only. If you feel you are spending more than you can afford, please contact us and we will assist you with setting up spend limits or cancelling your subscription. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Cash Phantom's liability for any claim arising from use of this service is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. Cash Phantom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
